 Claudia
Storm-Grzywacz is a graduate of the University of Southern California
with a degree in Business. Perhaps most importantly, she acquired
her strong work ethic on the front lines, rising through the
ranks of her father Walter Storm's manufacturing and real
estate development firm, to the role of President. She has
been involved in the design and building of homes for more
than twenty-five years, and takes great pride in the communities
she has developed. Her family-centered focus (she has raised
four children here in Southern California) complements her
skills in strategic planning, marketing and management, all
of which are hallmarks of the cohesion and spirit that drive
the success of J.T. Storm.
 Jaideep
(Jay) Ahluwalia, MBA, BS & MS-Engineering is a graduate
of the renowned Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi,
India, UC-Irvine, and the UCLA-Anderson Graduate School of
Management. Skilled in all aspects of market analysis, product
development and project management, he is credited with having
turned around the operations at a number of companies by focusing
on quality and needs of the customer.
 Tom Grzywacz, MBA, BS-Industrial Engineering is a graduate of Georgia Tech and the UCLA-Anderson Graduate School of Management. His expertise includes strong strategic planning systems, and organizational skills. He has held high-level management positions at several well-known national companies, and his relentless drive for innovation and quality has led to outstanding results at each of them.
