J. T. STORM DEVELOPMENT

Three Southern California business professionals have come together to form J. T. Storm Development, LLC, a new company dedicated to building homes of quality and value for today's families. The firm's first community will be a limited offering of custom caliber homes in Rancho Cucamonga.

The partners at J. T. Storm are Claudia Bird, Jay Ahluwalia, and Tom Grzywacz, a strong management team whose diverse talents provide the company with an important edge in a highly competitive marketplace. Claudia Bird, a graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Business, has been involved in the design and building of homes for more than twenty-five years, having risen through the ranks of her father Walter Storm's manufacturing and real estate development firm, to the role of President. Her family-centered focus (she has raised four children here in Southern California) complements her skills in strategic planning, marketing and management, all of which are hallmarks of the cohesion and spirit that are at the heart of J.T. Storm.

Jay Ahluwalia, MBA, BS & MS-Engineering, is a graduate of the renowned Indian Institute of Technology in New Dehli, India, in addition to UC-Irvine, and the UCLA-Anderson Graduate School of Management. Skilled in all aspects of market analysis, product development and project management, he is credited with having turned around the operations at a number of companies by focusing on quality and needs of the customer.

Tom Grzywacz, MBA, BS-Industrial Engineering, is a graduate of Georgia Tech and the UCLA-Anderson Graduate School of Management. His expertise includes strong strategic planning, systems, and organizational skills. He has held high-level management positions at several well-known national companies, and his relentless drive for innovation and quality has led to outstanding results at each of them.

J. T. Storm's premiere collection, an offering of 11 homes, is scheduled to open in Fall 2003, with additional homes to follow. There will be two floor plans, both in two stories with a choice of three exterior elevations, featuring Spanish, Tuscan and European Cottage styling. The homes will range in size from 3,760 to 4,359 square feet, with four to seven bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths, and four-car garages. Enormous lots will be from 13,665 to 20,585 square feet in size and beautiful front yard design will be provided. Prices will start from the $600,000s.
