JT STORM DEVELOPMENT GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Etiwanda, CA – Adding a special touch of class to the recent Grand Opening celebration for The Villas at Monte San Savino were the smooth sounds of the Etiwanda High School Jazz Ensemble, under the direction of Don Jaramillo.
“We were dazzled by the talent and enthusiasm of these young musicians,” said Claudia Storm-Gryzwacz, who, together with JT Storm Development partners Tom Gryzwacz and Jay Ahluwalia added their own touch of class by presenting the group with a generous donation of $1,000. JT Storm further pledged an additional $1,000 for every home sold during the grand opening weekend, pending close of escrow.
According to Mr. Jaramillo, the Jazz Ensemble is scheduling performances throughout the school year, “playing their way” to covering expenses for a European trip in summer 2007. Through audition recordings, Jazz Ensembles I & II have earned performance spots at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland and the San Sebastian Jazz Festival in Spain. In 2004, Jazz I & II performed at Montreux, but this will be their first trip to San Sebastian. Fifty-plus Etiwanda musicians will make the trip.
“We are very grateful to Claudia, Tom and Jay at JT Storm Development for their exceptional generosity,” said Mr. Jaramillo. “Their civic mindedness and commitment set an example that will benefit our young people for a lifetime.”
The Villas at Monte San Savino is truly unique among custom caliber communities in Southern California. Consisting of only 22 Tuscan-inspired estate homes on properties averaging 15,000 square feet, prices start from the low $1 millions. The initial response has been overwhelming and more than one-half of the homes have already been spoken for.
The entryway to the community is set apart by a landscaped stone monument and a hand-crafted wrought-iron gate imported from Italy and created expressly for the site. Directly inside is a round-about drive with a central fountain and, perhaps most impressive, a private vineyard under cultivation by J. Filippi Winery, award-winning fourth generation vintners in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
The showcase model home is now open to the public daily, revealing awe-inspiring design at every turn. Boasting 5,490 square feet of absolute luxury, this residence brings together an exquisite blend of meticulously crafted Italianate architectural elements and premium amenities to create a family living experience of singular satisfaction.
Four estate designs are offered, each inspired by the classic homes found in the renowned Tuscan countryside of Italy. The homes, in one and two stories, feature 3,712 to an extraordinary 6,359 square feet of beautifully proportioned and elegantly appointed living area, with four to eight bedrooms, four-and-one-half to six-and-one-half baths and two-plus-two garages with carriage style doors.
The master suite with its intimate fireplace and private porch is yet another. These are all places of exceptional warmth and welcome.”
“The casually elegant style of every residence at The Villas at Monte San Savino makes each one ideal for entertaining,” she said. “In touring the model home, families will discover its many gathering places: the courtyard; the second-story super bonus party room; the fireside living room; the fireside family room.”
Numerous enchanting features captivate the imagination. Various home designs are highlighted by central entry courtyards and juliette balconies, boosted roofs and towering ceilings, handcrafted Rustica Arts entry doors, French doors exiting to private loggias, fireside retreats and private porches – not to mention handmade wrought iron stair railings, customized baseboards and crown moldings, elegant archways, European-inspired accents and wine nooks or wine rooms. A central or side courtyard with an optional fireplace is a compelling design feature in three of the four plans.
Each magnificent gourmet kitchen is the family chef’s “center stage” for a perfect performance on every special occasion. All come with professional grade Wolf/Sub-Zero/Asko appliances, lustrous granite counter tops, massive central islands with seating, and both walk-in pantries and butler’s pantries.
For added individuality in each residence, home buyers are invited to choose from a stunning array of room options. Included among the possibilities are carriage houses, casitas, lofts and extra bedrooms.
Despite the quiet and privacy of The Villas at Monte San Savino the community remains conveniently close to neighborhood schools, shopping and freeways. Both an elementary and a middle school, which are within the prestigious Etiwanda district, are just a short walk away and the high school is just a few minutes drive. Nationally acclaimed institutions of higher learning are within a short drive, as well. The new Victoria Gardens Mall, also nearby, is one of the area’s most popular new shopping centers.
